Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Irit Elisha Coaching (IE One Global LLC) collects, uses and shares information across the websites and services I run. It currently applies to:

As I add other pages or services, they will be added to this list and this policy will describe them too. Where this policy says “the Site”, it means whichever of them you are using.

Throughout this policy, “I” and “me” mean that business, and “you” means anyone who uses any of them. By using them you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use them.

2. The information I collect, and why I collect it

3. Information collected by advertising tools

I advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the Meta pixel is installed on this Site. It reports your activity to Meta, including that you visited the Site and whether you started or completed the quiz. Meta uses this to measure how my ads perform and to show my ads to people likely to be interested. The pixel does not receive your quiz answers.

If you would rather this did not happen, you can block the pixel with an ad blocker or your browser settings, and you can change how Meta uses your activity for advertising in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

4. Aggregate data

I also use information in a combined form that does not identify anyone, for example the share of women who receive a particular result, or the percentage who finish the quiz. Data in that form is not personal information and this policy does not restrict how I use it.

5. Sharing with third parties

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I share it only with the services I need in order to run the quiz and my business, and each of them receives only what it needs:

6. Business transfer

If my business is ever sold, merged or transferred, the information described in this policy may be part of what transfers, and it would remain subject to a policy at least as protective as this one.

7. Disclosures required by law

I may disclose information where I am required to by law, by a court order or by a government authority, or where I believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect my rights or someone's safety.

8. Opting out of my emails

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it stops the marketing emails. If you have booked a call with me, I may still send you the messages needed to arrange it.

9. Seeing, correcting and deleting your information

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at admin@iritelisha.com. I will confirm who you are before acting on the request, and when you ask for deletion I remove your records from my own storage and ask Kajabi to remove you as well.

10. How I protect your information

The Site runs over an encrypted connection, and the quiz records are held in storage that only I can reach. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. What I can tell you is that I do not collect anything I do not need, and I do not collect payment details on this Site at all.

11. How long I keep your information

I keep quiz records for as long as they are useful to my work and delete them when they are not. Your place on my email list lasts until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you.

12. Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States, and the services listed in section 5 store information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from the ones where you live. By using the Site you understand that this transfer takes place.

13. Children

The quiz is meant for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given me their information, email me and I will delete it.

14. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights. You have the right to know what personal information I collect about you and the purpose I collect it for, to request a copy of it, to ask me to correct it, and to ask me to delete it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. Sections 2 and 5 above set out the categories I collect and who receives them.

One point deserves to be stated plainly. I do not sell your personal information for money. However, the Meta pixel described in section 3 passes your activity to Meta so that my advertising can be measured and targeted, and under California law that can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, you can block the pixel with an ad blocker or your browser settings, change the ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account, or email me and I will remove you from any advertising audience I hold.

To exercise any of these rights, email me at admin@iritelisha.com. I will respond within the time the law allows.

15. Links to other websites

I link to places I do not control, including Cal.com and my pages on social media. This policy covers only the sites and services listed in section 1. Once you follow a link somewhere else, that site's own privacy policy applies.

16. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change with it, and any significant change will be noted on this page.
